Feline Panleukopenia is a highly contagious viral disease of cats characterized by severe diarrhea.  It affects both domestic and wild cats.  Kittens and unvaccinated cats are at the greatest risk of becoming infected with Feline Panleukopenia which is often lethal.  The prevalence of Feline Panleukopenia is relatively low largely due to a successful vaccination program although outbreaks do occur in high risk and unvaccinated cats.
